Great Experience

I used Thomas Flavell for Conveyancing in the recent sale of my house. They made the process extremely simple and stress free despite the fact that I am based in Dubai. I was able to sign all the documents digitally which removed the need for expensive courier charges or potentially a trip to the UK. Pardeep and the team at TFS have been amazing throughout the conveyancing process. They were always ahead of the other solicitors in the chain, making sure that everything was done on time, and constantly chasing. They were also really communicative throughout, letting us know reasonable timeframes for various milestones. When, just before exchange, we hit a roadblock of a solicitor not answering the TFS team, nor their own client, Pardeep continued to chase and escalate.
Without the TFS team the whole process would have been much more stressful and slower. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any future moves.

We recently sold and bought a new property with Thomas Flavell. We had the pleasure of dealing with April / Izzy.

April and Izzy were amazing throughout the process start to end. The communication, explanations and ability to chase on both sides were amazing as we had a tight 8 week turnaround. If and when we need to use a solicitor again we would 100% use Thomas Flavell again as this is the 3rd time using them and they seem to get better and better. If it's with April and Izzy then brilliant as they are a credit to the firm.

I have no hesitation recommending Thomas Flavell & Sons for conveyancing. Sarah previously acted for a family member on their property purchase and the service I received on my own sale and purchase was excellent. Sarah and Harriet always replied promptly to any questions or queries and were very helpful and understanding when my intended purchase could not go ahead. When I found another property, they worked quickly to make sure I could align my purchase with my sale to complete at the same time. Any issues were dealt with quickly and on the occasions when I needed to contact them by phone they were very easy to speak to and put my mind at rest with advice on the best way forward.
